ISTD Examination ClassesThe ISTD is one of the world’s leading dance examination boards and has the widest range of dance genres available. JASD offers classes in ISTD syllabi of Ballet, Modern and Tap. These classes follow a defined structure, allowing learning to take place in the context of safe dance practice. |

Excellent Facilities
Our dance studio is ideally suited to the classes run by JASD. Unlike many dance schools in the area, we have a sprung dance floor which is important to reduce the chance of injury. We also have a barre-equipped mirror wall to enable students to see and understand their movements and positions. The studio is centrally heated and air-conditioned and is supplemented by a large, free car park. |

Chance to Perform on StageNot only does JASD offers the chance for all students to perform on stage in the school's biannually show, we are also the only Ipswich-based school that competes in local festivals and the renowned Starz competition. |
