All shop orders are subject to standard terms of service. By placing an order, you are accepting these terms of service.

1. How to Order - The Jessica Ann School of Dancing's (JASD) on-line shop is very simple to use. Order details may be changed up to the “confirm order” stage. Should we be unable for whatever reason to fulfil your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible – normally within 24 hours of receipt of an order. JASD reserves the right to refuse orders.

2. Payment - Payment must be made using a credit card or Paypal. None of your account details are passed to the JASD. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

3. Currencies - Payment must be made in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP - £). We do not accept payment in any other currencies. Where electronic transfer of funds is impracticable, please contact the Society to ask whether payment can be accepted in cash.

4. Delivery - All items ordered from the JASD shop are made available for collection from the dance studio.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds - We sell products of the highest quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will respond in accordance with our returns policy quoted below. Items may be returned if damaged in transit, but cannot be replaced merely because a customer decides against a particular colour or design. Claims for compensation are made from shippers by JASD for items damaged in transit, and the relevant products must therefore be returned to us complete with the original packaging. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please note that no refunds are given on customized items, or items which have been personalized, unless a relevant error or defect, relating directly to customization or personalization only, is found to be the responsibility of JASD.

6. Errors - If a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to a typographical or other error on the part of JASD, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product whether or not the order has been confirmed or the relevant payment made. Under such circumstances, when payment has been made and the order is cancelled by JASD, we will, as soon as is practicable refund to your account the incorrectly charged amount.

7. Privacy Policy - We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. When orders are placed for our products we receive details of the customer’s name, e-mail address and home address. This information allows us to process and fulfil orders. We do not hold any customer bank account details. Such information is available only to our card payment company.
